OrbitScore User Agreement

OrbitScore is an AI-assisted IELTS Writing estimator. You paste a Task 2 essay, we send it to a large-language model trained against the public IELTS band descriptors, and we return an estimated band plus feedback on Task Response, Coherence & Cohesion, Lexical Resource, and Grammatical Range & Accuracy.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by IELTS, the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment English. "IELTS" is mentioned only to describe the test format we estimate against.

Each evaluation is generated by an AI model. Two runs of the same essay may produce slightly different scores. A real examiner may agree, score you higher, or score you lower.

Use OrbitScore to find weak spots and practice — not as a substitute for a mock exam with a certified examiner.

One credit equals one essay evaluation. Credits never expire. New accounts receive 2 free credits. Additional credits are sold in packs (Starter, Standard, Pro).

Payments are processed by Whop. You'll get a receipt by email. Unused credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase; credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable.

The essays you submit are sent to our AI provider solely to generate your score and feedback. We don't sell, publish, or use them to train public models. We store evaluations against your account so you can revisit them.

You can delete your account and all stored evaluations at any time by contacting support.

You agree not to:

• Submit illegal content, hate speech, or content that violates someone's privacy.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our prompts or model outputs in bulk.
• Resell OrbitScore evaluations as if they were official IELTS scores.
• Use automated scripts or share a single account across many users.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. Where the abuse is clear-cut (fraud, automated scraping), suspension is immediate and credits are forfeited.

OrbitScore is provided "as is". We do our best to keep scores meaningful and the service available, but we don't guarantee accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any specific purpose (including test prep outcomes). Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
